Ziga Porenta ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Flags! mobile application, including its widget and Apple Watch app (the "Service").
This page explains how Flags! handles data when you use the Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Information Collection And Use
App Data On Your Device
Flags! stores your quiz progress, weak flags, best scores and app preferences on your device, and shares them with the Flags! widget and Apple Watch app on your devices. Flags! does not require an account and does not upload this data to a Flags! server.
Flashlight And Haptics
When you choose to flash a message in Morse code, Flags! turns the flashlight on and off, or flashes the screen on devices without one. Flags! does not take photos or record video, audio or your location.
Feedback
If you tap "Give feedback", a web form opens in the app. Anything you submit there, including any contact details you choose to enter, is sent to us through that form. If you contact support by email, you may choose to provide your name, email address, message and other information needed to respond to your request.
Diagnostics
We may receive Apple-provided crash reports, diagnostics and App Store Connect Analytics when you have chosen to share analytics with app developers through Apple settings. Flags! itself does not include third-party analytics or advertising.
Use Of Data
Flags! uses data for the following purposes:
- To run quizzes, remember your weak flags and show your progress and best scores
- To show the flag of the day in widgets
- To store app preferences on your device
- To provide customer care and support
- To address technical issues
Transfer Of Data
Information you provide to support or through the feedback form may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Slovenia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data to Slovenia and process it there.
Disclosure Of Data
We may disclose data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of Flags!
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

The security of your data is important to us, but no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

App Store Connect Analytics is an analytics service offered by Apple that tracks and reports app traffic, downloads, crashes and related app performance information.

Flags! may contain links to sites not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 12.
