Ziga Porenta ("us", "we", or "our") operates the HealthPatch mobile application (the "Service").
This page explains how HealthPatch handles data when you use the Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Information Collection And Use
HealthPatch processes workout, health, route, and app data only as needed to provide the features you use in the app.
Workout, Health, Route, And App Data
HealthPatch may process workout data, route data, activity type, distance, duration, calories, speed, pace, power, cadence, steps, elevation, heart rate, source app, device information, exported files, app preferences, and other data you choose to create, inspect, repair, import, or export.
Health and workout data is handled through Apple Health and related Apple frameworks where applicable. You control HealthPatch access to Health data through iOS permissions and Apple Health settings.
Support Data
If you contact support, you may choose to provide your name, email address, message, and other information needed to respond to your request.
Diagnostics
We may receive Apple-provided crash reports, diagnostics, and App Store Connect Analytics when you have chosen to share analytics with app developers through Apple settings.
Use Of Data
HealthPatch uses data for the following purposes:
- To create, inspect, edit, import, export, and save workouts
- To read and write workout records through Apple Health when you grant permission
- To show routes, metrics, source details, devices, and workout summaries
- To generate GPX files, PDF summaries, and image exports when requested
- To provide customer care and support
- To monitor app performance and address technical issues
On-Device Processing
HealthPatch is designed to work on your iPhone. HealthPatch does not require an account and does not upload your workout, route, or health data to a HealthPatch server.
Files you import or export may be stored, shared, or backed up through the Apple and third-party services you choose to use outside HealthPatch.
Transfer Of Data
If you contact support, information you provide may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Slovenia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Slovenia and process it there.
Disclosure Of Data
HealthPatch may disclose Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of HealthPatch
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

The security of your data is important to us, but no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use third-party service providers to support the Service, respond to support requests, monitor app performance, or analyze app usage. These third parties may access Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf.
App Store Connect Analytics
App Store Connect Analytics is an analytics service offered by Apple that tracks and reports app traffic, downloads, crashes, and related app performance information.

HealthPatch may contain links to sites not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 12.
