Ziga Porenta ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Pop Panic! mobile game (the "Service").
This page explains how Pop Panic! handles data when you play and the choices you have associated with that data.
Information Collection And Use
Game Data On Your Device
Pop Panic! stores your campaign progress, best scores, settings and achievements progress on your device. The game does not require an account, does not show ads and does not upload this data to a Pop Panic! server.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, Pop Panic! submits your scores and achievements to Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards. This data is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple ID or any personal details from Game Center beyond what Apple shows on a leaderboard.
Haptics
Pop Panic! uses your device's haptic engine for feedback during play. It does not use your camera, microphone, contacts or location.
Support
If you contact support by email, you may choose to provide your name, email address, message and other information needed to respond to your request.
Diagnostics
We may receive Apple-provided crash reports, diagnostics and App Store Connect Analytics when you have chosen to share analytics with app developers through Apple settings. Pop Panic! itself does not include third-party analytics or advertising, and does not track you.
Use Of Data
Pop Panic! uses data for the following purposes:
- To save your progress, best scores and settings on your device
- To submit scores and achievements to Game Center when you are signed in
- To provide customer care and support
- To address technical issues
Transfer Of Data
Information you provide to support may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Slovenia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data to Slovenia and process it there.
Disclosure Of Data
We may disclose data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of Pop Panic!
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

App Store Connect Analytics is an analytics service offered by Apple that tracks and reports app traffic, downloads, crashes and related app performance information.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 12.
